KOALA'S ON THE SUNSHINE COAST

The population of Koalas on the Sunshine Coast will continue to sadly decrease unless something is done.
The Sunshine Coast Koala Rescue Inc. is an organisation that is working 24 hours per day to save our koalas. They help sick, injurded and orphaned Koalas and have been working with the local council and government in order to think of new ways to save these beautiful and cute animals.
MY LETTER TO THE ORGANISATION:
To the Sunshine Coast Koala and Wildlife Rescue Center,
I have written this letter to inform your wonderful organisation on a few new ways that we could save koalas on the Sunshine Coast. I think we are all aware that the population of koalas in the Peregian / Marcus area is the lowest that it has ever been. Although with recent sightings, there is still hope that this species could be on the increase.
I beleive that if more people were aware that koalas were endangered, more people would be encouraged to help.
I believe that if more signs were placed around the Peregian area, people would notice and would begin to pay more attention. This would make local residents more aware, and would lead to people being more careful on the roads and around their homes.
I also believe that if more trees were planted around the Peregian and Marcus Beach area, overtime they would grow and would create a new habitat for all koalas. Even though trees take several years to grow, and if the koala population increased, in a few years time these trees would be perfect environment for koalas. It woould also attract more animals into the Peregian /Marcus area.
I hope that these few recomendations help your oragnisation in the future, and I hope that together we can all hep the endangered species of koalas increase in their population and have a better life here on the Sunshine Coast.
Thankyou for taking the time to read my letter.
